Hello members. I have integrated Twillo with 3CX and calls are registering on 3CX but I can't dial out and any incoming goes right to voice mail.

I have searched countless threads without any luck.

I believe it is a setting in my UVP that is causing the issue.
The UVP is adopted, and registered to 3CX no problem.

SIP Server/Call Manager ID: 4101
Extension MakeCall is registered, contact: sip:[email protected]:5483;rinstance=5dcf1865f3234155, received from: 127.0.0.1

Wireshark - in Call Invite 200 error (incoming)
Wireshark - Rejected Invite 407 error (outgoing)

Thank you so much in advance.

Have you whitelisted your PBX IP on Twilio? They require quite a config to get their SIP Trunk working.

Yup, whitelisted my WAN on there. I have also tried setting up OnSip with the same results - has to be an issue with the actual Unifi phone. Going to keep talking the issue with some trial/error.

I never used Unifi phones but this might be due to codecs mismatch, imcompatible SIP headers, or more.

I strongly recommend you stick with supported IP phones to avoid any issues and also to be supported by both 3CX and the phone brand.

Also, how is the phone registered? STUN, SBC or local LAN (can be VPN)? It might be port issues. Some firewall are tricky with VoIP because of RTP dynamic ports.

Thank you Frederick, it's registered by lan. (Unifi UVP showing registered to 3CX) so its not an issue there. Had I known about the UNIFI UVP issues ( many people have had issues with them), I would have gone another route. For now, I may pickup a supported phone to at least rule out the UVP phone itself. At this point, I think it's all I can do.
