I am trying to create an emergency VM box that will send an email when a message is received. I created a user with the appropriate email and created their VM box. I have chosen for the email notification only option in VM tab.
While playing around, I have found that all calls are following the Call Forwarding tab option of Busy or Not Registered. I think that is what is going on because it is playing said greeting and not the VM greeting.
How do I get the call to that extension's VM to actually email out the VM notification?
