Unregistred ext. voicemail redirected to operator

Hi ! One of our customer start having a strange issue after the last update. Suddently, all the calls to a unregistred extensions are transfered to the operator voicemail instead of the extension voicemail. It seems it's "replaced by" Is there a way to fix this ?

When a caller reaches voicemail, they are given the option to press *. If they press *, they will be transferred to the operator's extension. If the operator's extension is not registered, the call will be forwarded to the operator's voicemail or follow the forwarding rules set for that extension. This default option allows callers to be transferred to alternative destinations based on the system’s forwarding configuration.

Hi Charles, thanks for your reply. Is there a way to desactivate the option to reach the operator ? I looked in the settings and in the voicemail options and nothing.

There are no options to disable the feature where callers press * to transfer to the operator after reaching voicemail. You can, however, record a new voicemail greeting that does not mention this option. If callers are already aware of this feature, they can still use it regardless of the greeting. The system will continue to allow the transfer if they press *.
