Hello,

I have a client who has tried to access his 3CX app on his android phone however, he is getting an error message which I have attached to this post. I have gotten him to uninstalled and reinstall the app but this has not worked. Any support will be much appreciated.

It seems that the PBX is not updated to version 16. New client is compatible only with version 16.
If you don;t want to update PBX to latest version you will have to uninstall the 3cx client from the phone and install the old one which you can find here.

You will just have to reprovision after installation.

Thank you for your reply we have decided to install the Legacy version of the 3CX app and this is now working without any issues. Thank you once again.
