Unsupported SIP Trunk Providers?

So after the last update my PBX says i have an unsupported Sip Trunk yet my sip trunk provider IS in the supported list?

Did you use the ThinkTel template when you configured your trunk or did you add it as a genreic trunk?

that is a great question, i wasn't part of the install on this one, its been a few years.
Is there a way to figure out how it was previously done?

Do you know if these trunks are SIP Connect 2.0 Certified:
