Its a very good question - and we have thought about it. One of the pillars of our product strategy is to allow companies to control the data of their communications. This is why we recently launched the on board MCU for video conferencing. That way you dont have to share your data with the video conferencing platform owner.

With our AI we have built it in a way that it can be deployed locally and run on a "local" GPU. The one issue we face is that we don't want our technology to be ripped off by some of our competitors who will reverse engineer and copy our IP, so have to see how we will get around this first.

Perhaps in the meanwhile a paid private 3cx hosted ai vm that partners can purchase in their region and target from their 3cx instances? Adds revenue to both 3cx and the partners.

Well you have that already with our AI. Its hosted by 3CX. And the transcription will not remain free its only free during the trial phase. So there will be extra cost for this service....

So many great new call scripts in the store. There are so many things you can try out.
But unfortunately not available for our 3CX hosted by 3CX Ent NFR

When update 4 is released you will be able to do scripts on 3CX Hosted as well....

Will 3CX Transcription Engine support other language such as Bahasa? just try it but nothing happen. fyi, it work on OpenAI Whisper.
