Update Failed

Morning,

I'm trying to update to 16.0.4.504 from the current version 16.0.4.493 but it keeps failing?

Log shows what looks like the repo no longer being available. Can you update it manually via the Terminal on the 3CX management console?

Found those yes, do not have shell access to the instance. Was hoping it is something one can resolve via the management terminal.

No, terminal from 3cx console is not able to do this
where are you hosted to have no SSH access ?

Local ISP in South Africa, 1 instance I have hosted I do not have access to.. all the others I have at another provider full shell access. Have reached out to support to resolve, will probably move the instance to my second host.

Good idea to move it to a hoster which gives you full access

Agree, have had some issues with migration though so will have to test that again. Cloud host had an outdated template which failed to restore my backups. Will check with them to update the template first before migrating.
