Update Plugin CRM FreshDesk,SuiteCrm

Hi all

I have a problem with interface plugin 3cx with freshdesk , default is FreshDesk.zip

I want to copy it and rename to FreshDesk2.zip, but when i open 3cx app on my computer, it error : don't see FreshDesk.Zip

I know because which i download when open 3cx app is FreshDesk2.zip not FreshDesk.zip

I want to When i open 3cx app on my computer , it can download FreshDesk2.zip from sever.

Please help me !!!

Hello sang

You have to upload it on the management console and then select it from integration tab on the extension.

Go to management console => settings => crm integration and click on add button and upload your integration there. Then go to the extension and assign the integration to Freshdesk2. Then restart the 3cx client and you will see the Freshdesk2 folder inside this folder C:\ProgramData\3CXPhone for Windows\PhoneApp\DotNetScripts

Hi Andreas
i want to rename default plugin FreshDesk.zip to FreshDeskNew.zip. but when i open Integration it error

i think error by code, please help me fix it.
