Updated to 15.5.13103.5 - now cannot reprovision

I've updated 3cx to 15.5.13103.5
I edited the default phone template for our fanvil phones as per normal.
But now when I hit the reprovision button, the phones won't reprovision. They simply do nothing.
I can restart phones from the 3CX console, so I know communication is good.

Any ideas?

Upon investigation, I've noticed that the "Server Address" for "Static Provisioning Server" in the phone UI has changed from
http://192.0.0.210:5000/provisioning/....... - this taken from an old phone before upgrade.
to
192.0.0.210:5000/provisioning/....... - note the missing http://
Could this have any effect?

I did try editing to put the http:// back in, but get this error...
Please input server address.

First and most important question, if you use the default Fanvil Templates, does it work?
