Finally upgraded from v16 to v18 for a client. Was unable to update from v16 in the past, however restarting the Azure VM allowed the upgrade to complete.

However, logging in after the upgrade I see the 3CX interface is exactly the same as the v16 interface, even though the instance is 18.0.314.

I have tried refreshing the license infoand restarting VM after noticing the v16 interface.

Also, settings > security displays a 404 error.

Appreciate any help.

To first gather a bit more info to better understand the situation:

1. Is the PBX operational? Is everything else working as it should including calls, webclients, 3CX apps, etc?

2. To confirm this is not browser related, have you tried from a different web browser or completely clearing browser cache/cookies?

3. Is this a machine you can access via SSH? if yes, rung the following commands:
cat /etc/os-release
What OS does it show here?

and
apt-cache policy 3cxpbx
What version of 3CX shows as installed here?

I was able to access to the system last night. Small window of opportunity to to customer work hours.

I accessed the 3CX admin console and it has the v18 interface. I had tried originally from another browser and also a private browsing session.

This can be marked as resolved.

Thanks for the response.
