Upgrade hosted from PRO to ENT features still grayed out

Hello,

I upgraded our license from pro to enterprise (hosted by 3CX) and some options like recording or logo are still not available. In the license tab, the license information is ok and I forced a refresh. I also rebooted the server and the SBC. What else can I do ?

If the licences information are correct on enterprise and features are still not avaiable you could try to delete browser cache and if this also not help, contact support or partner.
