Upgrade phone firmware via custom server (3cx server)

I have a polycom phone I am needing to roll back to 5.6.x. However, I cannot figure out how to get the phone to talk to the server to find the firmware. I followed this article: https://www.3cx.com/sip-phones/firmware-update-polycom-vvx/#h.htupw32rwpsy
and found the folder to put the firmware in. However, what do I need to put in the custom server bar since I have an ubuntu server? I tried to put the [FQDN or IP]/var/lib/..
I have enterprise version 18.0 update 8.

First of all note that the 3CX ISO is on Debian Linux and Ubuntu is not supported. As for the phones firmware, those devices are not supported anymore but in any case rollback of the firmware is not supported either. You should contact vendor for further clarification.

Ahh yes sorry - I was not looking properly. Thank I will check in with vendor.
