We upgrade our 3CX system to version 9 in July this year. We actually installed using the 3cx backup/restore tool to backup our version 8 data, we installed a clean install of version 9 on a new pc and restored from backup.
However if I now go to try and upgrade to the latest service pack all I see is;
VERSION8 Update 13357 ...... up to date
I know the latest version is 3CXPhone System V9 to build 14507 released on 16th October.
How do I load the latest version?
