Solved Upgrade to V18 failed, but OS updated to Debian 10

I'm running Linode instance. It was originally Debian 9 with 3CX installed via wget. Then I ran the upgrade option to V18.

It upgraded the OS to Debian 10 but not the 3CX. I then ran the command to install 3CX and the server now starts and I can login to the consele.

There is no option now to upgrade to V18.

Should I go back and re-install Debian 9 and V16 or will the V16 be OK on D10?

As per our PM Conversation and the session on your machine, something went bad on the old machine totally.
On the new you spawned and upgraded from v16 to v18 successfully there were no issues.
Sometimes it needs some patience more

This is most likely because the key you have activated with is a Standard one. CRM requires Pro or above.

As this thread is titled and was initial about the failed Debian 9 to 10 upgrade and that has been addressed. I will be locking the thread.

Feel free to open another if there is something else to be discussed.
