I performed the 3cx migration as prompted in the dashboard. This was a prerequisite for upgrading to V20.

All that went successfully. The upgrade was completed but now my IVR/Digital Receptionist is gone. We had a pretty layered setup so recreating this is not going to be fun. I have the old backup I ran before the migration and not sure how to get it back if we can. When I open the back zip file I cant even see the IVR laid out in there. Not sure if its in one of the HTML files.

EDIT: I was able to locate what looks like the IVR files inside the old backup. They are in a folder called "httpprompts".

Hi John.
Does it mean you were able to find your prompt and then adjust in your system?

I had to manually recreate the prompts. In the export from v18 it was in there, but the IVR didn't import at all. Oddly enough the recording related to the IVR were in there. I had to play them back and build the menu in the 3cx settings to match what we had recorded last time.

Not sure if this is something that is expected but definitely could be a pretty big issue for any company leveraging a larger menu structure.

It's a stranger one, as the backup should have been restored.
So in your case, you had a back and wanted to migrate to another OS (Windows to Linux) or just from one server to other and same OS?

No. In the hosted portal I clicked on the migrate button which moved the instance over to Digital Ocean. I then ran the upgrade from within the system to upgrade in place. I had exported a backup before running the upgrade just in case. After the upgrade the IVR was not in the system. The recordings were... but the IVR itself was not.

I ended up just recreating it.
