Upgrading from SMB instance to paid one

Hi

We are trying to upgrade our existing 3cx (free) to a paid license, but when we did the upgrade a new instance was created and the configuration of the existing one was not propagated to this new one. We would like to either convert the existing 3cx instance we have to a paid one (we require more users) or transfer the configuration of the free one to the paid one that was just created.

We have some ip phones in place so seems to us that the conversion of the free instance into a paid one is better as it avoids setting up those.

Tried submitting through the support and contact forms but they keep saying to post into each other, but no avail, and no way to contact an actual human.

I can post more info on the FQDN instances if needed.

Export users and reimport in new instance.

There's no way to migrate data from SMB instances to a dedicated one. You will need to rebuild your config.
