Solved Upgrading from V18 Hosted on Windows to V20 on Debian

Hello, community,

I am upgrading this system from V18 hosted on Windows to V20 Linux, I have been getting the error below at the last stage of uploading the backup:

Invalid backup file
Invalid reply (LicenseEmail)

I thought it its possible to upgrade from Windows to Linux seamlessly.
