Upgrading from V18 to V20

I am running into error with the following log message when upgrading to V20 on my Google Cloud hosted instance of PBX:

Noticed there was someone else who had a similar issue upgrading from V16 to V18 in this thread: https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/upgrading-from-v16-to-v18-gcloud.83269/

Any idea what source list needed to be removed in order to resolve this issue? Thread was closed years ago and not much detail was provided.

The main issue in your case is the below errors.
I would recommend taking your latest backup, spinning up a new machine, and then restoring your backup during installation.
Our Marketplace Images on Google are on v20.
Since this is in Google, you may re-allocate the same public IP to the new v20 PBX.

Thanks Nikos. Trying to avoid that if i can. I'm not getting these errors as I have included above. I updated the backports repo and installed jq so that isn't an issue. Is there any information on what repos were removed from the included link? I feel my issue is the same/similar
