Upgrading old C# app that hooked into 3cxWin8Phone

Hello,

I have an old C# application which I need to update to work with the latest version of 3cx. The old C# app hooked into an old version of the 3cx Windows client (3cxWin8Phone.exe).

We also had to hook into MyPhoneCRMIntegration.dll and AnotherCRM.Common.dll.

Having installed the latest client it's installed 3cx into a folder off of C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\. The old files that we used to hook into are no longer there, so I was wondering how things are done now? I've trawled all the help articles I can, but can't see anything for hooking into the new v20 3cxSoftphone application the way we used to.

Please could someone help point me in the right direction?

You will need to use TAPI or move to a server-side integration. The client-side isn't supported anymore, at all. And it won't be coming back.
