We are currently running into a strange issue, we use Samsung A32 (5G) phones and use a Samsung USB-c headset with it. Audio and microphone work fine in all apps. however in 3CX the keystrokes while typing the number are registered and you can hear that through the headphones, when you actually start calling it transfers the audio to the phone itself. the icon is showing that a wired headset is used. Did anyone else run into this and got it solved?
We don't have other USB-c android devices to test with, a 3,5 audio jack works just fine on this phone. The problem is not isolated to a single phone, all A32's (100+) are having this issue.
