are all of these usb handsets made off of a standard, or will some have basic features that others don't...in relation to integrating with the 3cx softphone?
We're looking at the jabra dial, since they have that pc suite that integrates with the 3cxphone...
we also see that yealink has a nice line of usb handsets, one wireless, and one that looks like a deskphone.
will they all allow you to dial, and answer/send the call without picking up the mouse to hit answer/send?
anyone else have a particular model they like?
