I’ve successfully provisioned a group of Cisco 7941 IP Phones with 3CX. I’m also using a couple of iPhones as external extensions.
I’ve recently purchase a Cisco 7961 and a 7914 sidecar which are both working well with 3CX. My next goal is to get Busy Lamp Field [BLF] working. I’ve managed to configure the 7914 with speed dials but, despite setting up BLF within the 7961 provisioning [i.e. with in the provisioning section of 3CX], I cannot get this functionality to work. I’ve tried to configure the SEPMAC file manually but, despite using FeatureID 21, I cannot get the buttons on the Cisco 7961 or the side car to light up in response to “free” and “busy” extensions.
Has anyone got BLF working on a Cisco 7941 or 7961?
