User changes not saving on one account

Hi.

We have one extension that gives a few red errors when saving. The account was created fine without any errors. Correcting all the red errors does not help, the settings just return to what it was previously.

Any setting on the user account. Simple updating the user's email address does not take.
Clicking OK jumps to 3 lines, Outbound Caller ID had a space in it, and 2 BLF entries did not have a Name or Surname. Funny that when the client created the user it did not give any errors.
Fixing the errors jumps to the Phone Provisioning tab, but there are no red errors on the page.
Eventually found the problem. The page does not jump to the phone in the "Your phones" dropdown list that has the issue. You have to go through each one in the list before it displays the error field.
