User/Extension always shows online

Hello, extensions synced with m365 are never shown as offline altough they are not connected with any device. In my Environment there are not deskphones all users only use apps and webclient. How to fix this? When a user is not connected with any device it should be shown as offline.

Do you make use of the PWA? we noticed that if you use the PWA and just shut down the pc, the status not always updates to offline. Making users always available regardless of the m365 status

Hello, no we only use iOS apps, webclient and Windows DesktopApp.

As long as your extension is active on any of this apps it will be shown as online. Especially the mobile apps. You need to deactivate your account in the app to be offline.

of course. but the phones and laptop are switched off. so there is no app connected but the extension shows online

You need to log out from the mobile app. Otherwise it will take a wile to switch offline.
