After we performed the upgrade from V18 to V20 extension 100 and the associated phone to it no longer appear in users. Plus I can't recreate it because it says it is already on the system.

Hi @jweldon

If extension 100 is a system owner, and you are logging into the PBX using an extension that is not a system owner, you will not be able to see extension 100.
