User ID Authentication

Hi,

I have a Khomp UMG 300 with FXS ports.
Everything was working well until 3CX change ID Authentication policie and ask for 10 digits, one uppercase, one lowercase.
Well, Khomp only authenticate if extension and ID Authentications are the same.
How can I change 3CX policie?

I can't see 3CX changing to accommodate you, so the only solution would be, to replace the device, or convince the manufacturer to update the firmware so that any Auth ID could be used. Unless the device is obsolete, they just might consider it, if they want to keep selling them

Well, in this case manufacturer upgraded the firmware, and we could get the things back. But I steel have some "obsolete devices" that works very well and I'll have to throw them away because 3CX do not have an option to keep this kind of config. The environment appreciates that.
