I'm logged in to the dashboard at https://portal.3cx.com/ but it doesnt show any user accounts or extension numbers. I think I have one extension but dont seem to know the number and dont have the password. Thanks in advance for your help with this.

That’s your customer account; you need your server URL.

For your PBX you need to access the url like: https://xxxx.3cx.cloud/webclient

Yes, that url is in the customer portal under "My Systems." So we're back to my original question.

Why my question is not valid?
You have created a Free SMB and you don't know the user or email?
The first user that is created will use the email you offered when you created the SMB, so my question was if you used the correct email and reset the password.
