Hi, I use elastix for year. now i want to make another can login in to elastix system.

I want them to use all tool like listen all record and something else.

but i do not want them to use user tool.

i just make of group of user but it is useless ,the user that i created cannot listen any record if i assign extension to them they can only listen record for their extension only but i want them to listen all record.
