User presence and re-recording audio files?

I'm very new to 3CX. In fact I'm working on installing the trial now. I'm reading through the documentation and have three questions.

1) What is the easiest way to allow users to re-record an audio recording? (For example, a holiday greeting message played before an IVR.) In FreePBX, I can set up a feature code for specific recordings. Is there some way to do that, or would users require admin web access?

2) I see in the demos that there is great support for user presence in the Windows and Mac clients. Is there some way to have user presence also show on phone BLFs, even if that feature is only limited to a handful of compatible phones? To be clear, I'm talking about user presence -- available, away, chat, dnd, etc -- and not ringing / in use. Thanks!

For system recordings like Holidays, IVRs or Queues then the user must be able to access the management console or have the admin select their extension for recording a prompt when needed. The recording can be made i all available extensions but it must be selected through the management console.

Presence is only for 3CX clients and the management console and currently there is no way for having phones reflect presence. Blf buttons on phones can only reflect the busy status of the extension.
