I'm finding that one of my users is being set to DND every half hour on the dot. Setting up verbose logging for the user is showing the following entries:
09/06/2022 8:30:01 AM - OverrideExt.2247 has active profile override until 133069428000000000 (2022-09-06 13:00:00); now is 133069410011256139
09/06/2022 8:30:00 AM - Extn:2247: Synch devices to dndOFF
09/06/2022 8:30:00 AM - Extn:2247: DND change request to dndOFF is ignored - same state is charged already
09/06/2022 8:30:00 AM - Extn:2247: Starting DND change transaction to dndOFF requested from configuration
I've manually set the users status back in the 3CX Admin panel, and through a dial code as well but it always seems to revert back to DND every half hour. Thoughts or next steps?
