User Wants VM to Email Only

Good morning,

I have a user that wants to only receive voicemail files forwarded to email and not to be stored, accessed, or removed by logging into the traditional voicemail box through their Yealink phone? Is there an easy way to accomplish this in the dashboard? I have been unable to locate another forum article with this inquiry. We are currently using Rev. 15.5.0.

On the voicemail tab, select the email option "send as attachment and delete from mbox"?

Under each extension there are voicemail settings. Under the email options select "Send as attachments and delete from mbox"

Just make sure your email settings are correct and working - Within Management Console - Settings - Email

If you have std license you can only use 3CX smtp servers.
