Just got my 3CX up and running. Using several "softphones" and one Cisco 7912. When I configure Forwarding Rules for the extension that has the 7912 - it will only forward using the Offer Option to Confirm to Accept selection if i leave the phone provisioning screen blank. (No MAC address or phone type) It works with "Forward to external number". I'm not sure if I selected the right phone model since the 7912 is not in the drop down menus. I tried a couple of Linksys and Cisco models but they all failed. So I blanked out the MAC address and Model fields and the forward with accept option works fine. Must be related to the features that 3CX thinks the phone has???
