Using DDNS on Remote Phones

Is anyone using a DDNS service on their Remote Phones? Cleary for those of us whom are on DHCP this is a great resolve. My challenge is the phones will register but I can only get the 3CX side to place the call to the Remote & audio is fine. The Remote is not capable of dialing out. Hopefully someone can shed some light on this……
