V.20: Block WAN requests is ON.

Hello,

I just installed my 3CX v.20. I ran into some issues setting up CFD predictive dialer and went with SIP Caller extension which I MOSTLY setup. Anyways, I got my DID working (1800) and am running into this error when trying to configure everything. I have tried hunting these options inside the software, though it seems things changed/got renamed. I even went to whitelist the IP range. Hot Desk option is OFF.

I will call the corporate office(s) tomorrow, its Sunday today. Is there a solution?

Where are your pbx installed and where are the client your are trying to register? If its not the same network, your need an SBC.

Hello @SalesMan,

Please check our answer to the ticket you opened with us. Most probably you just need to uncheck the option "Block remote non-tunnel connections" for this extension in 3CX > Extensions > Options tab, so SIP Caller can connect remotely.
