v10 spk4 - Customize System Email Notification -is possible?

Hi,

I would like to know if is this possible change/customize the "3CX Phone System Email Notification - ID 12294 - Error response received from Trunk/Provider", since I´m the administrator and some times I receive some alerts via email but I dont know who tried to dial and face this issue.
If is this impossible I would like to ask as a 'Feature Resquest' that this alert shows also the extension number wich originate that.

3cx.ideascales.com for feature requests my friend. Not an option at the moment.
