V15.5 Yealink T46G/T38 provisioning

I will be upgrading v.12.5 to v.15.5 sooner the better. Two thing are essential for this to happen.

1. logo - Both phone types upload the custom logo - can see from web interface but do not apply. I can manually change to company logo but rather not have to touch all phones.

2. contact and photos - Contacts using ContactData.xml is read fine and applied to both phones... Photos have never appeared and not uploaded. I have used photo.tar - contact.tar - icon.tar

The photos are a huge "deal" with users and a deal breaker if I can't get to work. Any ideas?

I know that for #1 what I have done is uploaded my background logo to my web server and then in my custom template I changed the settings in the template to go to that logo.
