v15 - Remotely Record Digital Receptionist Messages

Good Day,

The process HERE was working in v14 sp3. After upgrading to v15 sp5 it is now not working.

This was extremely helpful when user needs to update WAV without Web mgmt access.

Anyone have a solution or alternative method?
