v15 REPORT_URL

I am having a problem with reports from version 15, the link in the email has local IP of the PBX so when users at remote site try to download the report from the emailed link it does not work.

I have had a look at the parameters and cannot see where the URL for %%REPORT_URL%% in the email template is set. Which URL needs to be changed to make this work?

All the links in the parameters are set to the internal IP of the PBX, when It set it up it was with a 3cx.co.uk domain.

hi, me i have the same Problem, still not know where to set the parameter for report_url1 and 2 ?! did you find it where to set this parameter?

what build of V15 are you running? On later V15 service packs both links are included in the email so you can download the report even if you are outside of the network.
