V18.1.2.60 - cannot connect app over VPN - says IP is blacklisted.

When I am connected to Mullvad VPN, I cannot provision the Android app as it complains my IP is blacklisted. It advises me to clear the blacklist in the panel, but the blacklist is empty.

It works fine if I disconnect the VPN.

So my question is - is there a way to allow my app to connect over a VPN? I use a lot of public internet hotspots and don't want to compromise my security if at all possible.

3CX version is 18.0 (Build 461)

3CX mobile apps traffic is already encrypted, so you are not really compromising the security.

The VPN is not really for 3CX per se but for a variety of other apps I use. Removing it may compromise those.

Found the solution - split tunneling. I can exclude 3CX from the VPN.
