Out of the blue today, the admin account on our last v18 VPS tenant in Digital Ocean has stop accepting our admin credentials. One of my techs was working to set up a DECT Yealink phone and suddenly was unable to login. I tried myself and it gave me the incorrect credentials error. I've tried the forgotten password feature for the account but I never receive the email to reset the password. I do have console access however but I've yet to find a way to reset it via the CLI.
Does anyone have an idea on how I can get back into the account without resetting the instance all together? Thank you!
