One function of V16 that I used all the time, doesn't appear to work with V18. I have the dial pad open to the right of the main window showing all extensions. If I start typing in someones name, I can no long hit the down arrow to make it select the first entry or press it multiple times to go down the list, and then hit enter. It was always so quick to start typing the persons name, hit the down arrow and enter to call them. You can't even tab to it from what I can tell. You have to actually click the one in the list with mouse to make it call them.
Am I missing something/overlooking a step with this or can it be added in with an update?
