V18: how to save contact in the company address book vs personal ab

When saving a contact it is saved in the personal address book.
Is there any way to save in the company address book instead?

Did you contacts from 3CX Web client? If yes, then you have to choose "Company" instead Personal.

Yes but if you select COMPANY than "+" symbol to add contact disappear from, top bar.
How can you manage to add a new contact in the company address book?

Sounds like the extension does not have the necessary rights.

You will have to access the Management Console and go to "Users >> Edit >> Rights" and make sure the "Can Manage the Company Phonebook" right is selected:

By the way: are you planning to add support also for group address boo?
By this I'm looking to share contacts only inside a group of users (for example procurement team see suppliers contact while sales team see customers contacts): is this feature in your roadmap?

I'm afraid not, but, if it is requested enough it might be considered. This actually already exists as a feature request in our Ideas Section so please do consider upvoting it!
