V18 Questions

Looking at a test V18 version I spun up internally.

I couldn't find answers else where as I tested things. As anyone else had these questions..

Can you add voicemail to the side panel? Instead of having to click on the 3 dots?


Can you resize the Side panel at all? To make it larger for customers who have bad eyesight?

When upgrading from V16 to V18 - do you need to reprovision phones? (yealink t46s)

No it doesn't seem to be resizeable.

Phones should reprovision daily anyway but no there's no need to do anything at upgrade. Phones may have a firmware update but that's not necessarily tied to the upgrade.

As @SteveITS pointed out, feel free to upvote the idea for the feature request.

You can scroll Ctrl + Scroll the mouse wheel (zoom) or click the three dots (top right of Chrome under the X button) then change the zoom level there, which in Chrome makes the icons appear larger for those with bad eyesight. It will only apply to that particular tab which is helpful.
