v18: un-install v16 windows-app

Hello,

the power-users have local admin rights.
Is it it possible to un-install the v16 Windows App like this?

Windows Button + R
paste this:
C:\ProgramData\3CXPhone for Windows\PhoneApp\setup.exe -u
(=uninstall of the windows app) (in case some dialogue to confrim opens no problem)

Why not uninstall using the standard Add or Remove Programs?
