v18 update with database change

Hello,
We are currently using a local hosted v16.0.16
We are planning to update v18 within this week.

Is it possible to install 3cx with MSSQL Database or will it keep running on Postgres as before? Should I do anything for it?

3cx does does not support MSSQL, Postgres is installed as part of the 3cx installation
