Hello, basically we had a self hosted 3CX install on a Debian NUC, that had been working well for over a year. This week, we moved the installation to a hosted by 3CX system, and reprovisioned the NUC as an SBC. There are about 11 Yealink T58W IP phones as extensions. Since moving to the hosted system with NUC, call quality has been extremely poor for both internal and external calls?

You may configure as custom speed dial instead however you will not have presence information for those keys.
OK, I don't fully understand this, as I was of the understanding that the BLF keys don't show presence information anyway?

There is difference between a custom speed dial key and BLF keys. You may also check here for further clarification.

OK, unfortunately there's very little actual clarification there. I'm aware of the difference between a custom speed dial and a BLF key. I think I'm starting to put it together though. So if I understand what you're saying correctly, then keys configured as Custom Speed Dial, Line, Shared Parking etc don't count to the 10 key limit. So the limit specifically only applies to keys configured as a BLF as opposed to the specific key itself in the BLF tab?

This apply to Shared Parking as those are BLF keys and have presence.
The limitation is for BLF keys with presence information.

OK, that makes a lot more sense. Thankyou. From a feature request point of view, it would be preferable if this traffic were handled locally by the SBC, so that the 10 BLF key limit could be extended. While I understand the technical limitations explained earler, it is still very restrictive to limit a 24SC site to 10BLF keys. For instance, I have site site with 32 handsets spread across 3 geographic locations. Limiting this site to 10 BLF keys is very restrictive on productivity. When you then apply that to your partners much larger than me, where they're likely to have sites with 50-100 or even in excess of 100 handsets, I can't imagine how they could effectively operate at all with that limitation.

Understood however this is a limitation that apply for the tunnel connections.
However using Web Client or Softphones can eliminate such limitations.

Yes, understood. Unfortunately, there are a lot of environments that are not conjucive to using softphones for various reasons.

Can you confirm that UDP 5090 is not blocked at SBC side? E.g. run a packet capture there, make a call to *777 and check if you see a lot of packets going towards fqdn:5090 UDP.
