I'm experiencing a little issue with a queue and MOH.
I have the settings as follows:
When I call the number, I can hear the 'intro prompt' with in the background the 'music on hold' playing softly.
The 'intro prompt' is just a recording saying 'welcome to (company name)'.
When the intro prompt is finished, the MOH (in the background) stops as well and restarts from the beginning (but much louder).
I would like/expect either no background music on the intro prompt at all OR for the moh not to stop, but just continue playing at a higher volume when the prompt is done.
Is anyone else experiencing this as well?
