i had a 3cx with version 18, i use to access via the ip address. cell phone app use to work so i am assuming the fqdn worked before upgrade. after upgrade i can not connect to the fqdn from outside. i have tried reloading the server with a fresh copy of v20 and restoring the database. if i ping the fqdn it pings the right ip address. split dns is working i can access it from inside via the fqdn. the cell phone app will not connect and go green on connection. it is grayed out and i cant listen to recordings or anything.
