Running Version 20.0 Update 1 (Build 673 Beta)
I have set up multiple sip trunks, with Amazon AWS Chime and Twilio, here in the US.
I have tried assigning DID's to the Fax Server (Advanced \ Fax \ Fax Server) with the option set to send to email.
The incoming call gets routed to extension 888, which is the fax server. However, it does not answer. After about 10 rings, it hangs up.
I initially set this up with my Twilio SIP trunk, and had the problem. I then provisioned a number with AWS Chime, and the incoming call, in either case, goes to 888 as it should, but doesn't get answered.
I can't help but think that V20 is now like a bunch of Microsoft product releases. 3CX is pushing us to move to V20, however, we're now the beta testers.
I was a huge fan of 3cx up to version 18. It worked damn near flawlessly, and was so easy to administer.
BTW, when I attempted to post this, the System (required field) doesn't show all of my registered instances, especially the one I'm experiencing the problem on.
Any guidance offered is appreciated.
