V20 FREE Version no advance under admin.

Hi Every one
I am new to V20, can anyone teach me how to get advance option under Admin ? I am using v20 free version. my ip got block out due to new yealink T46U phone install. The report said SIP request (REGISTER) from xx.xxx.xxx.xx(my ip address) was rejected. Reason: Block WAN requests is ON. and I looked up all over Internet, people said I need go into advance to change setting which I don't even have advance. Do I need to pay Lic to get advance on V20? thanks a million anyone helped thanks again.

You phone got blocked because you didnt follow the instructions to provision a phone. On a free SMB you dont have full admin access and have to wait 24 hours to get unblocked. But be sure you reset your phone before and checked the instructions for provisioning.

upgrade to supported version to register the phone : https://www.3cx.com/docs/phone-firmwares/
to access admin panel, change public ip of your pc, try connecting in hotspot for example
